Construo is a web application for managing construction projects and sites, centered on a field daily report that the site supervisor fills out from their phone through an 8-step wizard, after which a PDF is generated automatically.

Construction projects generate a huge amount of field information — daily work, materials, machinery, issues, photos — traditionally recorded by hand or scattered across disconnected channels. Without a unified view, project managers struggle to track project health, subcontractor delays, or material request status in real time.
Construo brings projects, sites, teams, documentation and costs together in one system with 18 modules, with roles tailored to each participant — administrator, project manager, site supervisor, and investor.
A project is created with phases and core details.
A site is linked to the project, with its team and workforce.
The site supervisor fills out the report through an 8-step wizard from their phone — an automatic PDF follows.
RFIs, change orders and material requests are tracked through to resolution.
Project costs and budget are updated in real time.
The investor follows progress through a separate, restricted dashboard.

Project managers track project health, RFIs, change orders and budget, while investors get a separate, restricted dashboard showing only their own projects.
The system gives project managers a unified view of each project's health, while site supervisors enter field data directly from their phone, without paperwork.
Plain PHP 8+ and PDO, MySQL/MariaDB, a multi-tenant architecture via company_id across 29 tables, a custom auth system with CSRF protection on every form, and PDF generation via TCPDF. Runs on standard shared hosting, with a 5-step installer.
